From your initial venue search to your tipsy final goodbyes, we handle every piece of the planning puzzle. We’ll keep you looped in, on schedule, and stress free. You call the shots, we make the magic happen.

Our Partial Planning package is made for couples who have a handle on the big stuff, but need a pro to step in and smooth out the details (or talk you off the ledge when Pinterest sends you spiraling). You’ll get everything included in our Wedding Management package plus extra planning hours to use where you need them most. Think: all-in design support, help wrangling that pesky transportation schedule, rental sourcing and management, or just being your wedding world translator when things get overwhelming.
And yes, we’ll absolutely remind you to eat on your wedding day.
This one’s best for couples who’ve already booked their venue and a few core vendors, and want a partner to help pull the rest into place. If you're looking for someone to run the whole show from the jump, we’ve got a full planning package with your name on it. *wink*

From the moment you book, we’re available for guidance, vendor referrals, and support as needed. At the 3-month mark, we step in fully to build your timeline, nail the logistics, and bring it all across the finish line. Flawlessly.

Venue hunting can spiral fast – too many tabs, too many opinions, and way too many options. We’re here to cut through the noise and help you find a venue that fits your vision, your guest count, and your budget (without losing your mind in the process).
We’ll start by getting to know your style, priorities, guest count, and budget. Then we’ll curate a shortlist of venues that actually make sense for your celebration—no chaos, no country clubs in the wrong zip code (unless that’s your thing). We’ll join you for up to two full days of tours (up to 6 venues), talk through logistics, ask the questions you didn’t know you needed to ask, and help you actually picture your day in each space. When you're ready to say yes to the space, we’ll help you get the ball rolling with contracts and negotiations.
