Owner & Bridal Stylist

Opening Wild Blooms Bridal was never part of a long term plan. It was something I felt in my bones before I even had the words for it. When I was shopping for my own wedding dress, I remember feeling uncomfortable with the traditional boutique experience. Multiple brides trying on gowns at the same time, people watching from every angle, and no true sense of privacy. I left wishing for a space that felt warmer, quieter, and more personal. A space where a bride could breathe, connect to the moment, and actually enjoy finding her dress.
That missing experience became the vision for Wild Blooms.

I don’t come from a formal retail background. I come from intuition, creativity, and years of working closely with couples in the wedding world. The heart of this boutique was built on how I believe a bride deserves to feel. Seen, supported, celebrated, and never rushed. One day, while driving down West Main Street, I saw a “For Rent” sign in the window of a charming little space. I pulled over on impulse, met with the landlord, and signed the lease that week. It felt like the boutique found me, not the other way around. Can’t wait to celebrate YOU and find the “wild bride” that lives in us all!

I’m all about creating a relaxed, joyful, and genuinely personal experience. I love getting to know each bride, understanding her style, and helping her find the gown that feels like her. My goal is simple: to make every bride feel seen, supported, and beautifully confident as she steps into one of the most memorable moments of her life. At the end of the day you’re really there to marry your best friend. I just want to make sure you feel pretty while you do it!

Frequently

Asked Questions

We do not offer alterations in-house, but we work closely with several trusted local seamstresses whose services we highly recommend! We are happy to provide you with their contact information when you come in for your appointment. You are certainly not required to use these services, especially if you are a bride who has traveled from a distance and would prefer to use a seamstress more local to you. We simply recommend vendors who have worked with our brides in the past and are familiar with the construction and design of our dresses.

Yes, appointments are required at least 24 hours in advance of required date. Our boutique is open Wednesday-Sunday and operates by appointment only in order to provide our brides with the exceptional shopping experience they deserve! Initial bridal appointments are 90 minutes long. You may book an appointment directly through our website or call the boutique at 845-298-2370. We can occasionally offer private appointments outside our office hours. Please call or email for more information.

Currently, we carry gowns from Enzoani, Maggie Sottero, Rebecca Ingram, and Tara Lauren. We also offer a variety of handmade gowns by private-label designers, which are available as off the rack purchases.

Absolutely! Our boutique is an intimate setting that allows space for up to 4 guests. We recommend that you bring a supportive tribe of people who's opinions you value most.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. A 50% down payment will be required at the time of purchase. The remaining balance will be due at the time of pick-up.

Prices range by designer, typically running between $1000-$4000. We have sample sale dresses available for off-the-rack purchase at discounted prices, as well. Follow us on social media @wildbloomsbridal.boutique to be the first to know about promotions and events!

Gowns must be paid for in full within two weeks of their arrival. Since we are a small boutique, our storage space is limited. This means we can store your gown for up to 14 days free of charge. After the 14-day period, a storage fee of $25/month will be applied. Another option is to bring your gown for alterations right away. Your seamstress may store your gown for you free of charge while alterations are in process.

A new municipal parking lot on West Main Street has just opened! It is located half a block north of the shop on the opposite side of the street. There is also plenty of non-metered street parking along Main Street, as well as another municipal lot on Mill Street behind The Vinyl Room.

Sizing varies by designer. Some of our designers offer made-to-measure services, meaning the designer will create a gown specifically for your exact measurements. Other designers work on a sizing scale, so we will take your measurements and order the size that is closest to them. Please be aware that bridal sizing can be WACKY and typically runs very small. Don’t be surprised or upset if the size that is ordered is larger than the size you normally wear. It’s just the (albeit strange) industry standard!

As is customary in the bridal industry, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted. When you come in to pick up your dress, we will have you inspect it for any defects or abnormalities before leaving the store with the gown. Once the dress leaves the boutique, we are no longer responsible for any issues or damages, as it has left our care.

We recommend starting your search for a wedding dress nine months to a year before your wedding date. Our dresses are all samples, meaning all of the styles we carry are made to order. Once you choose your gown, we take your measurements to order the proper size and provide you with the available color options. Ample time should be allowed for the production and shipment of your gown, as well as for alterations if they are needed.

You are welcome to bring bridal inspiration photos to your appointment, so our stylists can easily assist you in finding your desired gown and accessory styles. We recommend wearing undergarments that are comfortable and easily concealable, such as a strapless bra in white or nude. Don’t forget to bring your biggest smile!
