Lauren Pasternak

Owner & Lead Floral Designer

I started designing florals back in 2019, right around the time I was diving deeper into wedding planning and growing my business. I’ve always been drawn to the artistry of florals; the color, texture, and emotion they bring to a space, and I was searching for another way to be creative. I love working with my hands and don’t mind getting a little messy, so flowers were calling me from every direction. Before long, I had transformed my garage into a cozy home studio, and it’s been creating some serious wedding magic ever since.

My favorite part of floral design is watching a vision come to life from that very first conversation all the way to the tables. There’s nothing like seeing a color palette and concept evolve from pinterest boards into a breathtaking wedding day moment. I especially love creating installations, ceremony designs, and statement arrangements - anything that I can get wild and creative with.

When it comes to my process, it’s all about connection, creativity, and intention. We’ll start with an initial consultation to make sure we’re a great fit and talk through all your floral dreams and ideas. From there, I’ll craft a custom design deck with a color palette and imagery that reflect your vision. If you’d like, we can schedule a walkthrough or mockup to see it all come together early. As the wedding approaches, we’ll finalize every last detail.... and then it’s creation time! Wedding week is when the blooms start flying, the studio smells incredible, and everything we’ve dreamed up starts taking shape.

I’ve always believed flowers have a way of telling stories, especially love stories.
As a wedding florist, I pour my heart into creating designs that feel personal and full of emotion. Every bouquet and arrangement is built with intention, inspired by each couple’s unique style and the natural beauty of the day. My approach is relaxed yet refined. I love mixing colors, textures, and movement to create florals that feel alive, effortless, and deeply meaningful. Whether it’s an overgrown garden-style arch or a simple hand-tied bouquet, my goal is to make every piece feel like you.

At the end of the day, I just want my couples to look around and feel like their love was captured in bloom; timeless, joyful, and completely their own. Let’s bring your vision to life - one stem, one story, one unforgettable arrangement at a time.

As soon as you have your date and venue locked down! We usually recommend 8–12 months in advance, especially if you’re planning a peak-season wedding. This gives us time to source, curate, and design florals that are truly special.

You’re welcome to take any florals home (but not the vessels!), or we can break them down and donate to local hospitals, nursing homes, or community organizations — spreading the joy even further.

Yes — for full on-site floral design, delivery, installation, and styling, our minimum is $5,000. If you’re dreaming of just personal florals, centerpieces, or a few statement pieces, our a la carte option is perfect too.

Yes! We have a curated collection of vessels, arches, candles, and styling pieces to rent. These help elevate your florals and tie your design together perfectly.

Absolutely! We love incorporating your favorite blooms. That said, because our designs are seasonally inspired, we may suggest substitutions to keep everything fresh, sustainable, and in harmony with your palette.

We’ll always keep you in the loop. If a bloom isn’t available, we’ll pick a seasonal alternative that complements your color palette and overall design aesthetic.

The Hudson Valley and Catskills are our home, but we’re happy to plan weddings all across New York and New England. Got a dream celebration somewhere else? Whether it’s a Vermont mountaintop, Napa vineyard, or even the Maldives… we'd love to be there!

Typically, we start with a deep-dive consultation to get to know your style and vision. Then, we’ll have one or two follow-ups closer to your wedding to fine-tune details and logistics.

We encourage all couples to view our portfolio page and/or our Instagram!
