We will create a comprehensive day of timeline & event production schedule and tie up any loose ends so you will be at ease. We will conduct the rehearsal, ceremony and reception according to your plans to ensure your special day is flawless. Our team will communicate with and guide all of your vendors for set up according to your timeline and specifications.

Let’s face it, this is likely your very first time looking for a wedding venue! You can’t be expected to know all of the right questions to ask and what the most important considerations are to ensure it’s the right venue for YOUR unique wedding vision. On the flip side, maybe you’re super excited about this part of the process, but you’re unfamiliar with the area and need some assistance with research and narrowing down locations. That’s where our team comes in!
We will take the time to get to know you as a couple and get a feel for your overall wedding vision. From there, we will build out comprehensive comparisons for venue locations that best suit your vision, guest count & budget. We will then accompany you on 1 - 2 full days of tours (up to 6 venues) where we will visualize your wedding day and ensure we leave no stone unturned, asking the important questions and talking through logistics. Once we’ve had time to debrief, we will help get the ball rolling with securing and negotiating a contract with your chosen venue. Our goal is to help save you time, money and unnecessary stress so that you can actually ENJOY the planning process and feel confident that you’ve chosen the perfect venue to suit your unique wedding vision!
With our venue scouting package, there is no obligation to work with us for any further planning services- unless you decide you simply can’t live without us! ;)

I used to work in events and didn’t think a planner was needed but let me tell you…you need a month of planner. Lauren F and Ashley were literally our fairy godmothers on our wedding day.
